Biosherb wants you to feel confident purchasing relaxation guides and Restful Kits. This Return Policy applies to products bought through biosherb.world or via our Reach Calm enquiry and purchase process.

Physical Kits

Evening Unwind Guide Pack, Breathwork Starter Journal, and combined shipments may be returned within thirty calendar days of delivery if items are unused, unmarked, and in original packaging. Opened journals with writing are not eligible unless defective.

Defective Items

If print quality, binding, or included cards arrive damaged, contact us within fourteen days with photos. We will replace the item or offer a refund including reasonable return postage within Australia.

Digital Soundscape Bundle

Because digital files can be copied after download, refunds are available within seven days only if you have not accessed download links. Technical access issues will be resolved with fresh links before a refund is considered.

How to Start a Return

Email response@biosherb.world or call +61412802240 with your order reference, product name, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate reply-paid label where applicable for NSW and interstate parcels.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days after we receive and inspect returned goods. Shipping costs on change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.

Exchanges

You may exchange an unused kit for another Restful Kits title of equal value, subject to stock. Price differences require additional payment or partial refund.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for products that are not of acceptable quality, do not match descriptions, or are not fit for disclosed purpose related to relaxation guidance materials.

Studio Returns

Items purchased in person at 42 Arnhem Rd, Allambie Heights NSW 2100 may be returned to the studio with proof of purchase during business hours.

Lost Parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, notify us within seven days. We will liaise with the carrier and offer replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

Gift Purchases

Returns on gift orders may be processed to the purchaser unless the recipient provides proof of gift transfer and original order number. Digital gift deliveries follow the same seven-day unused access rule.
